Baker’s Ribs is a family-owned and operated business.
Founded in 1988, the restaurant has grown into 4 locations in Dallas and surrounding areas with an additional 3 franchises. Baker’s Ribs catering serves events of all shapes and sizes, including the Denver BBQ Fest, Big Apple BBQ Block Party, Texas Monthly’s 50 best BBQ festival, and a host of Dallas parties, meeting and events.
The signature pink pig brings Dallas real Texas barbecue by slow-cooking its meats over hickory wood in a Barbecue pit designed by founder and pit master Joe Duncan. Known for its “St. Louis Cut” Pork Ribs, juicy brisket, and sauce that bring a kick to your plate, Baker’s Ribs also serves up tasty veggies like herb dill potato salad, creamy coleslaw and now homemade fries and fried okra.
As one of Baker’s Ribs’ three franchise locations, we’re proud to carry on the same traditions that built the brand—time-honored recipes, hickory-smoked meats, and a commitment to quality that never cuts corners. Every plate reflects the standards set by founder Joe Duncan, bringing authentic Texas barbecue to our local community.
